Seminars
Seminars are guided spaces for slow, reflective thinking based on selected episodes of Encounters.
While episodes can be approached independently, seminars offer a different mode of engagement: a shared pace, careful interpretation, and dialogue that takes time. They are designed for questions that benefit from staying with them rather than moving quickly toward conclusions.
Seminars are the primary format for Season II — Meaning of Life.
What to Expect
Seminars will be conducted in small groups and guided by the author. They will unfold over several weeks and focus on a limited set of episodes.
Rather than adding new content, seminars emphasize:
careful reading and listening
reflective discussion
attention to context and lived experience
No prior training in philosophy is required. What matters is a willingness to think carefully and to engage respectfully with others.
Relationship to Episodes
Public episodes are spaces for beginning to think about shared human conditions.
Seminars provide time and structure for questions that involve personal meaning and responsibility. In this sense, seminars are not restricted access to ideas, but a different form of engagement.
Availability
Seminars will be announced on this page when scheduled.
